HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS
Rent one of our beautiful, partially furnished homes while we help you find and purchase a home for you and your child(ren). You will have up to 12 months to complete the process with ample support.

To qualify for the program, the following is required:

• Up to 12 months in the rental home 
• Must be a single mother
  • At least 1 biological/adopted child
  • Adult children are allowed
  • All children must be filed on previous tax year
• Decent rental history
  • Eviction at least 24 months before application date
• Must sign rental/lease agreement and program contract (includes media release)
• Provide 3 rental references
• 3 years of stable employment history

• Debt to income ratio limit
• Gross income 3 times monthly rent ($3,300)
• Pass criminal background and credit check
• 580 credit score
• *Bankruptcy accepted
  • 2-4 years
• Current on taxes (no liens)
  • No current or pending judgements

*Bankruptcy is accepted; however, you must be able to qualify for a home loan.
